UGREEN is best known for chargers, cables and NAS systems, but the company is now taking a serious step into the smart home. With its new HomeAgent ecosystem, UGREEN is introducing three local AI hubs, three SynCare cameras, a smart speaker and an e-paper photo frame that all run without cloud processing. A deposit phase opened today, September 4, letting early backers lock in a discount; the first products are expected to ship in late January 2027.
HA100, HA100 Pro and MasterAgent MA100: three flavours of local AI
The HomeAgent lineup consists of three hubs that differ in processing power and storage. The entry-level HA100 runs a Rockchip RK3588 chip with 16GB of memory and delivers 26 TOPS of AI performance, enough for object recognition and rule-based automations. It has two NAS drive bays and a separate NVR bay for camera footage, plus 64GB of built-in storage. The HA100 Pro moves up to a CIX P1 chip with 32GB of memory and 205 TOPS, letting it also analyse movement patterns and behaviour. The flagship MasterAgent MA100 goes further still with an NVIDIA Jetson Thor T5000 chip delivering up to 2,070 TFLOPS (sparse FP4), 128GB of memory and three NAS bays plus an NVR bay. All three hubs process video and voice locally, so there are no recurring cloud fees and your smart home keeps working even without an internet connection.
During the deposit phase, pricing starts at $899 for the HA100, $2,999 for the HA100 Pro and $9,999 for the MasterAgent MA100, well below the eventual retail prices of $1,799, $5,999 and $19,999 once the crowdfunding campaign ends.
SynCare cameras, the Uliya speaker and Gallery photo frame round out the lineup
Around the hubs, UGREEN is building a full device lineup. The SynCare ID500 Pro is an indoor pan-tilt camera with 8MP/4K video and a physical lens shutter for privacy. Outdoors, you can choose between the PoE-powered OD600 Pro and the solar/battery-powered OD800 Pro, both featuring a triple-lens setup, 9x hybrid zoom and a pan-tilt module. All the cameras recognise people, vehicles, pets and packages locally, and automatically compile a summary of what happened during the day.

UGREEN is also introducing the Smart Speaker for Uliya, the ecosystem’s voice assistant, and the Gallery: a 13.3-inch e-paper photo frame that automatically surfaces highlights from your camera footage and lasts up to six months on a single charge. Uliya combines a local language model (Qwen3) with optional cloud processing via ChatGPT for more complex requests, and currently supports languages including English, German, French and Spanish.
Matter is on board, but Home Assistant is not – yet
For interoperability with other brands, UGREEN is relying on Matter, letting the hubs act as a controller for compatible devices; Zigbee and Thread support have been announced but are not fully rolled out yet. If your smart home runs on Home Assistant, you’ll need to wait: that integration is missing at launch, which for now makes HomeAgent more of a standalone system than an addition to an existing Home Assistant setup.
Pricing, timeline and availability in Europe
The deposit phase runs through October 26, after which the campaign continues on Kickstarter. A $50 deposit (hubs) or $200 deposit (MasterAgent) secures priority fulfilment, which rolls out in phases: the HA100 and the ID500 Pro and OD600 Pro cameras are expected in late January 2027, the HA100 Pro, Gallery, Uliya speaker and OD800 Pro follow in late April 2027, and the MasterAgent MA100 closes out the rollout in July 2027. UGREEN is also shipping to the European Union and the United Kingdom, and says it will cover import duties and customs fees for backers. That puts UGREEN in a market where Anker recently announced MindBase, a similarly local AI hub – local processing and privacy look set to be this autumn’s smart home theme.
